How do I choose a pan size?
Match the listed diameter to your portions, burner and storage space. A larger diameter gives ingredients more room but also takes more cabinet and stove space. Check whether a listing identifies an outer or inner diameter. Read our size guide.
Does every pan work on induction?
No. Check the individual product specifications for verified cooktop compatibility. A metal material alone does not establish induction compatibility. If induction is not listed, contact us before selecting that piece.
Are lids and accessories always included?
Only the pieces named in the selected option and the “Includes” specification come with your order. Some photographs show cooking suggestions or multiple sizes. Use the contents list to confirm your purchase.
How should I care for cast iron and stainless steel?
Follow the instructions included with your particular cookware. Avoid sudden temperature changes. Uncoated cast iron and enameled cast iron have different care needs, and lids or removable handles may have different limits from a pan body. Compare materials.
Where do you deliver?
Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military addresses and international destinations are outside that area.
How long will delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit takes 3–7 days after dispatch. These periods are separate estimates. We email shipment details when the order is on its way.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for merchandise orders of $59 or more, after discounts and before tax. Below $59, the standard shipping charge is $6.99.
Can I return a pan?
Begin a return within 30 days of delivery, keeping the cookware unused and the original packaging and included parts together. We cover return shipping for defects, wrong items or delivery damage; other return postage is paid by the customer. Read the full return instructions.
When are refunds issued?
Inspection takes 3–5 business days after the return arrives. If approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. Your bank controls when it appears in your account.
