A pan should make sense for your kitchen. If your purchase is not the right fit, contact us or send it back within 30 days of delivery. Please keep it unused, with its original packaging, accessories and included pieces intact. Cooking with an item makes it ineligible for a change-of-mind return.
How to send a return
- Include your order number, name and the reason for returning. You may first email help@chicforgekitchen.com or call (718) 912-4325 for guidance.
- Pack the cookware securely, protecting lids, handles and surfaces. Include all parts of a set.
- Use a trackable service and keep your receipt. Address the parcel to:

Who covers the return trip?
We cover return shipping when an item arrives damaged, is defective or is different from what you ordered. Contact us with your order number and photos before posting such an item so we can arrange the appropriate return instructions. For a size preference, change of mind or other customer-selected return, the return postage is your responsibility.
Inspection and refund
After the return reaches us, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Once approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method and notify you by email. Your bank determines when that credit becomes visible on your statement. There is no deduction for a restocking charge.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the original $6.99 delivery charge, if paid, is not refunded. For a confirmed defect, wrong item or shipping damage, applicable original delivery charges are refunded as well. A return of an order that qualified for free shipping does not create a new outbound shipping charge.
Changes, cancellations and replacements
Contact us promptly to cancel or change an order. If it has already shipped, the return process applies. For a different size or model, return the eligible original item and place a separate order for your preferred piece. If something is wrong with an item, please contact us even if it has been used so we can review the issue.
